Created in 2019, curated by Seni Silva, its aim is to make dreams come true and give new life to luxury items that no longer make sense in our closet.

Do you only sell second-hand items?

Sometimes we can access new, unused items, but the vast majority are second-hand, used items. We take the condition of the items into account and only sell items with few signs of use and in very good condition. When the sale is made, we inform the customer of the condition of the items and we ensure that the photos are as reliable as possible.

What is the origin of your articles?

Our articles are carefully selected.

In addition to the excellent condition, curation is carried out based on quality, usability, trend, investment and also the personal taste of the curator. Our items come from owners who no longer identify with the pieces, which they no longer use and which no longer fit with their style at the moment. But being in such good condition, they prefer to make the most of their investment and give their items a new life, choosing The VOG Closet to provide them with a new and happy home.

Not all proposed items are accepted for sale, we only accept items that meet our curation.

Out of respect for privacy, we do not reveal the identity of those who sell with The VOG Closet. We have consignors from the most varied professional areas and locations worldwide, which allows us to have incredible pieces.

Are the articles authentic?

The VOG Closet guarantees that each item has been rigorously authenticated and certified.

Each item is meticulously authenticated based on each Maison's standards such as: date code, serial number, stitching, hardware, stamps, provenance, materials, among many other important aspects; by experienced professionals in the area and also using Entrupy Technology ( ). .

Each item that reaches us is meticulously examined to ensure both its proper condition and authenticity. All items we sell undergo a thorough authenticity check, also using Artificial Intelligence (AI) provided by Entrupy.

Over the years that The VOG Closet has been in business, we have built a reputation for selling only authentic items.

What is Curation?

We curate all the items that come to us, which means that we do not accept all the items that are proposed to us, regardless of their condition or brand.

We accept bags, wallets, carts, scarves, scarves, belts and jewelry.


We only accept shoes in very good condition and on a seasonal basis.

Every day (except weekends and holidays) new articles are published on our Instagram page - via stories and posts in the Feed. The articles are subsequently published on the website from 11:00, becoming available for purchase.


Sales are very fast. You will have to make payment immediately. When adding items to the cart, a reservation is not made, the item remains available for purchase.

What are the conditions of the articles?

We only accept items in good condition, using the following Rating:

NEW: New item, as if it had left the store, never used.

GREAT: Item is like new with almost no signs of use as if it had only been used once .

VERY GOOD: Article in very good condition, very well maintained, with few signs of use.

GOOD: item in good condition with some signs of use.

All articles published, whether through stories and Instagram posts or photographs on the website, demonstrate the real status of the article. In the caption of the publications you can find various important information such as: the condition of the item, measurements, color, material, reference and value.

We are as transparent as possible and are always available for any questions you may have.

What are the payment methods?

Through the website we accept payments by PayPal, ApplePay, Google Pay, bank card (Mastercad, Visa, Amex), bank transfer, Revolut, Mbway or Multibanco reference.

You can make payment via bank transfer, MBway, Multibanco or Revolut, the details are provided after placing the order on the website and you will have 15 minutes to make the payment and send us proof by email in the case of bank transfer ( info@the-vog If you do not confirm payment for the item after 15 minutes, the purchase will be automatically canceled and the item will be available again.

How is shipping carried out?

We ship to mainland Portugal, islands and countries belonging to the European Union.

Items will be sent via courier (CTT) by registered mail with acknowledgment of receipt.

You will have the option of self-delivery.

The estimated receipt of the item is one business day, in the case of continental shipping, three to five days for Islands and countries belonging to the EU. However, there may be occasional delays.

As soon as the order is shipped by The VOG Closet you will receive an email with shipping notification and tracking number information for your order. You can track your order via the CTT website at:

We are not responsible for any delay in delivery, loss or damage that may occur during transport of the item/order.

Can I return the item I purchased?

We accept returns up to 14 days (calendar) after receiving the item under the Right of Free Resolution.

We will respond within 48 hours. You will have to make the return via CTT Registered or Expresso - the same shipping method - to our facilities, the address will be provided via email. (Return costs will be borne by the customer, with only the value of the item and shipping for the purchase being refunded).

The item must be returned to us with the store seal/label (seal), in the same condition as it was sent and using the same shipping method. Returns of items with our seal broken, incomplete or used by the customer are not accepted. The VOG Closet is not responsible for loss or damage that may occur during transport during the return or if the item is not returned to the correct address we provide to the client.

Upon receipt of the return at our facilities, the amount (purchase and shipping) will be refunded using the same payment method. It may take up to 5 working days to return the amount.

If you wish, we can refund you in the form of a voucher to use on a future purchase with The VOG Closet. The Voucher is valid for 90 days (calendar).

We do not accept exchanges.

Can I Cancel the purchase?

You can cancel the order if it has not yet been shipped.

Counterfeit articles:

Any counterfeit item that reaches us will be returned upon payment of a fee of €50.00.

This fee refers to return and administrative costs.
